There are four steps to registration:

1. Fill out all fields below. Make sure all fields are filled before you hit "submit."

2. Please make a $100 (US) Registration check payable to: "Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania."
Please note this change: If you live outside the U.S. and payment by check is inconvenient, we will accept payment of the registration fee when you arrive at the conference.

3. If you are sending a check now, please send it to:

Payment and Refunds: The deadline for payment receipt is February 15, 2005. We will honor refund requests received by February 16, 2005, subject to a 20% processing fee.
